To strengthen our Spitex team on the Rhine, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by agreement as

Dipl. Nurse / Nursing Specialist HF, DN II, AKP (40 – 80%)

Your Tasks

• Resource- and goal-oriented care and support for our clients

• Consultation and support for relatives

• Responsibility for careful management of nursing documentation

• Planning, control, and evaluation of the nursing processes

• Collaboration with interdisciplinary specialist groups, general practitioners, and relatives

• Willingness to take on night on-call duties for our emergency clients (approx. 3-4 times a month)

• Participation in internal projects for the further development of care quality

Your Profile

• Completed training as a dipl. Nurse / Nursing Specialist HF, DN II or AKP

• Professional experience in outpatient or inpatient care

• Professional competence, independent and well-structured working style

• High social competence, teamwork skills, and sense of responsibility

• Experience in Spitex is an advantage, but not a requirement

• Flexibility for shifts on weekends and evenings

• Driving license category B; own vehicle is an advantage (mileage compensation)

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as good IT user skills

• Residence in the region, but not mandatory
