Your Tasks
Resource- and goal-oriented care and support for our clients
Consultation and support for relatives
Responsibility for careful management of nursing documentation
Planning, control, and evaluation of the nursing processes
Collaboration with interdisciplinary specialist groups, general practitioners, and relatives
Willingness to take on night on-call duties for our emergency clients (approx. 3-4 times a month)
Participation in internal projects for the further development of care quality
Your Profile
Completed training as a dipl. Nurse / Nursing Specialist HF, DN II or AKP
Professional experience in outpatient or inpatient care
Professional competence, independent and well-structured working style
High social competence, teamwork skills, and sense of responsibility
Experience in Spitex is an advantage, but not a requirement
Flexibility for shifts on weekends and evenings
Driving license category B; own vehicle is an advantage (mileage compensation)
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as good IT user skills
Residence in the region, but not mandatory
