Your area of responsibility
Sparring partner for executives in strategic, personnel, and organizational issues
Advising and supporting HR management in strategic HR topics
Leading and participating in HR projects (organizational development, process optimization, digitalization, culture and leadership development) as well as accompanying change processes
Consulting on labor law issues and supporting complex personnel cases
Contributing to employee development including supporting employee discussions
Designing and implementing measures for employee retention and satisfaction
Responsibility throughout the entire HR life cycle (recruitment, development, separation)
Close collaboration with HR Operations & Payroll including ensuring representation
Who are you
Completed commercial training with HR further education (e.g. HR specialist certificate or comparable)
Several years of solid HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist
Experience in advising and supporting executives
Solid knowledge throughout the entire HR life cycle as well as in Swiss labor and social security law including payroll
Experience in leading or actively participating in HR projects
Strategic thinking with strong implementation skills
Confident handling of HR systems and digital HR processes (e.g. Abacus is an advantage)
Independent, structured personality with high social competence, consulting skills, and very good German language skills
