What you can achieve with us

• In consultation with the case manager, you clarify the entitlement to pension benefits in parallel with the integration process. You orient yourself to the individual life situations and resources of the clients.

• You act reliably and responsibly by utilizing your scope for the benefit of the clients.

• With empathy and a solution-oriented attitude, you maintain dialogue with internal and external partners and collaboratively develop effective solutions.

• In the end, you ensure that pension entitlements are clarified quickly and in accordance with the law – with comprehensible decisions.

What skills are important to us

• You are highly service-oriented and have already demonstrated this in the benefits area of a social or personal insurance.

• You enjoy taking responsibility and seek personal contact.

• Your training as a social insurance specialist enables you to grasp situations holistically and classify them legally correctly.

• You organize yourself independently and efficiently.

• In personal and written communication, you communicate clearly, understandably, and transparently, which builds trust.

• With your constructive and respectful behavior, you contribute to a good atmosphere in the team.

• We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so good knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage.
