What you can achieve with us
You take overall responsibility for financial accounting and develop your team of 3 employees and 1-2 trainees both professionally and personally.
You are responsible for the general and subsidiary ledgers, prepare financial statements and reports including the consolidation of 12 companies.
You actively participate in financial planning and are the contact person for internal and external parties.
You lead strategic business projects and drive them forward – e.g., strategy controlling and process improvements.
You support central processes in controlling & budgeting.
You contribute your expertise in calculations and cost control (SIV).
What you bring
Completed finance-oriented training (FA, expert or university/FH).
Several years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in an international industrial environment.
Very good knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and databases.
Analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with a high process orientation.
Fluent German and very good English skills.
You bring strong skills in leadership, change management, and process thinking.
