The area of aging and care of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the city of Winterthur in the five retirement centers as well as with Spitex.

For our long-term care at the Brühlgut Retirement Center, which provides a well-maintained home for around 100 residents and 30 tenants in serviced living, we are looking for a reliable and committed nursing specialist with an expanded area of responsibility starting from April 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Your tasks

• Holistic, needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support of the residents

• Analyzing complex care situations, initiating measures

• Work shifts in early and late service

Your profile

• Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or corresponding SRK recognition

• Independent and responsible working style

• Proficient PC user skills

• Good oral and written German skills

• RAI knowledge is an advantage
