The Aging and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five retirement centers and through Spitex.
For our long-term care at the Brühlgut Retirement Center, which provides a well-maintained home for around 100 residents and 30 tenants in assisted living, we are looking for a reliable and committed nursing professional with an expanded area of responsibility starting from April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your Responsibilities
Holistic, needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support for residents
Analyzing complex care situations and initiating measures
Work shifts in the early and late service
Your Profile
Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or corresponding SRK recognition
Independent and responsible working style
Proficient PC user skills
Good oral and written German skills
RAI knowledge is an advantage
