Kanya AG is part of the Bachtel Technology Group, a company group with around 220 employees at production sites in Switzerland, Germany, and China. Kanya is a growing, internationally active traditional company in the field of metal processing with around 45 employees at the location in Rüti/ZH. Based on the Kanya aluminum construction kit system, we provide construction and conveyor technology solutions to our customers in the fields of plant engineering, automation, and machine industry.

Sales Area Manager Switzerland
(Region Zurich–Bern–Basel)

Profile Systems & Conveyor Technology

Your Mission

• You will develop your sales area entrepreneurially, acquire new customers, and maintain existing partnerships – focusing on technical consulting and measurable results.

Your Tasks

• Acquisition of new customers as well as support and expansion of the existing customer base

• Application-related presentation and consulting of our solutions (aluminum profile systems, conveyor technology, enclosures, industrial workplaces)

• Developing customer-specific solutions together with the technical internal service (design, offers, projects)

• Planning, tracking, and achieving your area-specific goals (sales/contribution margin/activities)

• Market observation, systematic collection of customer feedback, and participation in sales initiatives

• Participation in training, seminars, and trade fairs

What do you bring?

• Completed technical training

• Several years of experience in technical sales (B2B)

• Experience with Kanya or comparable aluminum profile/construction kit systems or conveyor technology systems

• Winning, serious communication, negotiation skills, and closing strength

• High self-initiative, structured working method, and CRM/ERP discipline

• German spoken and written, driving license category B

• Ideally residing in the Zurich–Bern–Basel area
