Your area of responsibility
Independent preparation of snacks, daily meals, and festive menus from fresh products for house and external guests
Preparation and cooking of dishes for events (catering and banquets)
Co-responsibility for age-appropriate, varied, and digestible meals including dietetics with seasonal offerings
Compliance with and assurance of hygiene regulations and legal requirements
Co-responsibility for a smooth service process
Accompanying and supporting trainees and staff
What distinguishes you
Completed training as a Chef/Cook EFZ, professional experience desired
Enjoyment in preparing and presenting fresh dishes
Experience in à la carte as well as in banquet and catering areas is welcomed
Well-groomed appearance and courteous, respectful interaction with residents, staff, and guests
Communicative, motivated, and team-oriented personality
Very good German language skills, communication in dialect
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and at evening banquets
