You accompany and empower people with a psychiatric diagnosis in their familiar environment and support them on their path to a more self-determined life.
You are jointly responsible for providing effective and appropriate services and care measures as well as their evaluation.
You work interdisciplinary with specialists, doctors, health insurance companies, and authorities for the benefit of our clients.
What you bring
You have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF.
You have at least two years of professional experience in the inpatient or partial inpatient psychiatric field and preferably the authorization for needs assessment in the field of psychiatry.
You are an open and humorous personality with comprehensive professional and social skills and are accustomed to working independently and responsibly.
You have knowledge of common MS Office applications, Perigon is an advantage.
You possess a Category B driver's license.
InterRAI CMH knowledge is an advantage.
