For the Adlergarten Retirement Center, which offers a well-maintained home to around 170 residents, we are looking for an engaged individual starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Your Responsibilities
Cleaning and area tasks in residents' rooms and public spaces
Independent execution and collaboration in maintenance, interim, and deep cleaning throughout the entire property as well as in the outbuildings
Support in the internal laundry with the preparation of residents' laundry and other textiles, minor sewing tasks, and laundry labeling
Co-responsible for compliance with internal guidelines, legal regulations, and safety and hygiene standards
Participation in the structured onboarding of new employees and interns
Your Profile
Completed training as a Housekeeping Specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in a similar institution
Independent, proactive personality with the desire to actively shape and achieve sustainable impact
High social and communication skills as well as flexibility, resilience
Willingness to perform and learn
Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and reliability
Willingness to work shifts (including evenings and weekends)
