For the Retirement Center Adlergarten, which provides a well-kept home for around 170 residents, we are looking for from April 1, 2026, or by arrangement an engaged personality. Would you like to contribute through your professional work to ensure that the residents feel at home in old age and care? Then you are in the right place.
Your Tasks
Cleaning and area tasks in the residents' rooms and in the public areas
Independent execution and collaboration in maintenance, interim, and deep cleaning throughout the property as well as in the outbuildings
Support in the internal laundry with the preparation of residents' laundry and other textiles, minor sewing tasks, and laundry labeling
Co-responsible for compliance with internal guidelines, legal regulations, and the guidelines for occupational safety and hygiene
Participation in the structured onboarding of new employees and interns
Your Profile
Completed training as a Specialist in Household Management EFZ or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in a similar institution
Independent, proactive personality with the desire to actively shape and achieve sustainable impact
High social and communication skills as well as flexibility, resilience,
Willingness to perform and learn
Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and reliability
Willingness to work shifts (also evening and weekend shifts)
