Customer Advisor (70%); Elderly Care
The customer advisory service is an important central specialist office for advising residents and their relatives on issues related to living and life in our five elderly care centers in the city of Winterthur.
To complement our team of four, we are looking for a dynamic and flexible personality starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement for this area.
Your Tasks
Responsibility for admissions and discharges (including contracts) within the framework of an economically viable bed occupancy, in collaboration with housing advisory
Contact person for residents, relatives, and representatives regarding various concerns
Providing information to interested parties and conducting tours
Participation in interprofessional meetings and site discussions
Monitoring the monthly reminder process
Your Profile
Degree as a social worker (HF/FH, Bachelor) or nursing professional (HF/FH), case management
Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and social insurance is an advantage
Strong customer and service orientation as well as high resilience and flexibility to work in various elderly care centers
Willingness to actively participate in a learning and change process
Proficient use of IT tools (MS Office, Care Coach, Lobos, etc.)
