In this role, you are the central contact for demanding rework and ensure that our components meet the highest quality standards. At the same time, you accompany our trainees as a committed trainer on their path into the professional world and make an important contribution to the promotion of young talent.

Your future area of responsibility

Planning, coordination, and operational processing of rework and demanding special orders
Development of sustainable manufacturing solutions in close collaboration with internal customers
Support as a practical trainer in the basic training of our trainees – professional guidance, promotion, and active design of the training
Participation in the organization and implementation of internal internships and trial apprenticeships
Responsibility for the production of complex components with high strategic relevance

Why you will succeed

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ
Experience in conventional drilling, milling, and turning as well as CNC turning and milling.
Strong technical understanding, careful working method, and enjoyment of complex tasks
Experience with Heidenhain controls is an advantage
High social competence and enjoyment in dealing with young professionals
Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic manufacturing environment
