The Stadtgarten is the center for care and support of the citizens' community of Frauenfeld and is located close to the city, centrally and embedded in a small, inviting park that has grown over decades. In 1- and 2-room apartments, we offer a home with high individuality for up to 130 elderly residents with varying care needs.

We are looking for an

ICT Specialist 80% - 100%

Your area of responsibility

Responsibility and proactive support of our employees in 1st level support (service desk)
Interface to 2nd and 3rd level support
Consultation and support of the specialist departments in all ICT matters
Training of employees in ICT topics and data protection
Installation, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of our server, client, and peripheral infrastructure
Care and maintenance of our software applications
Management of ICT user accounts
Technical support of the telephone and call system "Smart Liberty" as well as the key system "Salto"
Close collaboration with external service providers
Participation or management of ICT projects and involvement in system planning
Responsibility for the training of an ICT trainee

What distinguishes you

Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or ICT specialist EFZ with several years of
Professional experience in a comparable position
Trainer certificate or willingness to obtain it
Independent, helpful, team-oriented, and solution-oriented personality with high personal responsibility
Enjoyment of telephone and personal support
Analytical and networked thinking ability
Willingness to consider economic aspects in decisions and act cost-consciously
Knowledge in the area of Microsoft Windows Server/Clients and Microsoft 365
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
