Main Responsibilities
Imagine helping people in emergency situations every day and contributing directly to their well-being. As the first point of contact for Swiss insured individuals abroad, you provide initial guidance in medical emergencies and work closely with various partners and insurance companies. This position not only offers you exciting challenges but also the opportunity to assist customers worldwide in different languages and gain valuable insights into international healthcare systems. Medical knowledge is not required – everything you need to know, you will learn with us.
You handle emergencies, organize assistance abroad, and support the organization of medical transports.
You ensure the flow of information by proactively communicating with customers, their relatives, service providers, and business partners worldwide.
You work closely with the internal and external contacts involved in the case.
You benefit from flexible working hours with different shifts on weekdays as well as weekends.
Your Skills and Talents
In addition to German, you are also proficient in French and English. Italian and any other language are a plus for you.
You have a winning, open personality and outstanding communication skills.
You have completed vocational training or a high school diploma (or equivalent education).
You are flexible for shift work and appreciate having time off when others work.
You are an organizational talent and always find solutions to various challenges.
You are tech-savvy and can quickly familiarize yourself with various IT systems. You are proficient in using Office.
