About the Department

The Miele Professional division develops and sells high-quality technical solutions for:

• professional textile and laundry care,

• commercial dishwashing,

• hygienic and medical preparation.

Our customers are companies and institutions that place particular value on quality, safety, and service continuity.

This is the Task

• Commissioning, maintenance, and repair of Miele Professional devices on-site at the customer

• Execution of assignments based on electronically transmitted service orders

• Compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards

• Technical consulting and instruction of users

• Acting as a reliable technical contact person for our customers

• You will carry out your assignments with your Miele service vehicle according to the deployment plan.

What Impresses Us

• Completed vocational training in an electrical profession (e.g., electrician, installation electrician, automation technician, or equivalent)

• Independent, precise, and structured working style combined with a high sense of responsibility and quality orientation

• Good communication skills in dealing with customers

• Good IT user knowledge

• Driver's license category B is mandatory

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; French language skills are an advantage

• Residence in the deployment region in German-speaking Switzerland
