This is the Task

In this very independent position as a Service Technician, you will be responsible for commissioning, service, and repairs of Miele Professional devices at commercial customers on-site (e.g., hospitals, laboratories, medical practices)
With your own Miele service vehicle, you will perform the work at the customers' locations based on electronically and telephonically transmitted customer orders
Additionally, you will be the competent contact person for technical inquiries and will advise and instruct customers

What Convince Us

A completed training in an electrical profession (e.g., installation electrician / electrical installer / automation technician) or comparable experience as a service technician
Interest in and/or experience in the medical sector
Independence and a high sense of responsibility
Enjoyment of daily customer contact combined with appropriate communication, openness, and empathy
Fluent German skills
Enjoyment of driving and a Category B driver's license
Your residence is in the Zurich / Winterthur metropolitan area
