Are you excited about an interesting task in a technical environment? Then you could be the right fit for us. To strengthen our team of inspectors in the Boiler Inspection Department of SVTI, we are looking for a Specialist in Non-Destructive Testing 100% to start immediately or by agreement.
Your Tasks
Responsible for conducting modern, non-destructive inspections both in Switzerland and abroad for our clients. You will apply your expertise specifically in the methods of Phased-Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT, TFM, FMC), Acoustic Emission Testing (AT), and computer-aided data analysis.
Specialization in innovative testing technologies for non-destructive testing methods.
Design and integrate advanced non-destructive testing technologies in our department and continuously develop our state-of-the-art systems.
Create procedural and testing instructions, analyze testing data, and write reports.
Utilize your extensive know-how in modern non-destructive methods to optimally advise our clients and provide innovative solutions.
Support our inspectors with technical questions or as a substitute for specialized tasks.
Your Profile
Several years of professional experience in UT/PAUT methods and certification in VT, UT, and PAUT/ToFD at ISO 9712 Level 2.
Completed vocational training in metal processing or materials testing is an advantage.
Independent and responsible working style, as well as enjoyment in the further development of customer-specific measurement methods.
If you do not yet have extensive experience in all mentioned methods, you are still welcome if you are highly motivated and ready to develop further and expand your knowledge in these advanced technologies.
As an entrepreneurial thinker and open-minded personality, you impress with excellent communication skills in German and maintain a professional relationship with our clients.
A valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel are mandatory.
