Your Profile
You have a nursing qualification with a tertiary level degree.
You enjoy working with the elderly and bring empathy and patience in dealing with people affected by dementia.
For you, the autonomy and well-being of the elderly are paramount.
You have experience with the RAI-LTCF classification system and with managing the nursing process and hold a RAI LTCF coordinator or RAI supervisor qualification.
You have experience in long-term care; human and personal care and support are a matter of course for you. You have organizational flair, demonstrate high social competence, and are responsible. You see teamwork as an enrichment.
You are resilient and have good oral and written German skills.
You decide and act thoughtfully and can set professional priorities.
You know how to create a homely, needs-oriented atmosphere.
Your Tasks
Conducting professional care and support as well as diagnostic and medical-therapeutic procedures
Assisting in managing the nursing process
As a qualified night watch, you bear the main responsibility for the entire house and are supported by a SRK nursing assistant and/or FaGe EFZ.
Professional end-of-life support, care for relatives
Acting in emergencies/death according to emergency organization
Reporting and coding of the RAI LTCF
Updating care reports in the nursing documentation
Preparing and distributing medications as ordered
Co-responsible for cooperative collaboration in the P&B team and across departments
Active participation in team meetings
