Head of Electromobility (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your Tasks

In this responsible role, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of our Electromobility department while also working operationally - varied, practical, and with plenty of room for creativity.

• Leadership and further development of the Electromobility department with 2 employees

• Project planning, management, and execution of projects

• Consultation and support for electrical planners, engineers, and electrical specialists

• Preparation of offers

• Review of electrical schematics from planners/customers

• Commissioning of electromobility and safety components

• Completion, reporting, and billing of projects and commissioning

• Creation of training concepts and conducting customer training

• Technical support via email, phone, and directly on-site with customers

Your Profile

• Basic training in electrical engineering (e.g., electrician, automation technician, or comparable)

• Initial leadership experience and/or further training as a technician HF

• Solid expertise in the field of electrical installations

• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form

• Proficient in MS Office

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Team player with an independent, structured way of working
