To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Project Manager for Employment Integration 100 % (m/f/d)

Your new challenge:

We train approximately 30-40 course participants monthly in the field of warehouse logistics and retail. These basic courses include an internship where the knowledge learned in the theoretical part of the course is solidified through practice.

In this role, you will take on the following tasks:

• Connecting course participants to internship positions or providers

• Acquisition of new internship providers

• Support and guidance of participants (as a coach and coordinator)

• Reporting for the referring institutions (interim and final reports)

• Conducting assessments at our training locations (mainly ZH and LU)

• Visiting internship providers on-site to strengthen partnerships

• Support in internal sales and other administrative tasks

Who are we looking for?

Someone who…

• can demonstrate several years of professional experience and a solid basic education

• brings some grit and persistence for acquiring internship positions

• ideally comes from the field of personnel placement and/or job coaching

• enjoys working with people from various social and cultural backgrounds

• can count organizational skills and a solution-oriented as well as efficient working style among their strengths

• looks forward to travel activities (about 20% of the workload; within Switzerland)
