Success Profile

6–12 months:

• Transparent availability and risks

• Active management of bottlenecks

• Structured purchasing and logistics processes

• Managed suppliers

24 months:

• Robust, scalable end-to-end supply chain

• Clear make-or-buy and tier strategy

• Optimized inventory and lead times

Responsibilities

• Leadership of the supply chain organization (40 employees)

• Availability, delivery reliability, costs

• Supplier management and procurement strategy

• Make-or-buy decisions

• Inventory and logistics optimization

• Close coordination with production & engineering

Attitude & Profile

• Shop floor close, thinking end-to-end

• Results and solution-oriented

• Leadership experience in industrial supply chains (ideally aerospace)

• Technical background, operationally strong
