To strengthen the service department, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and competent individual at our head office in Baden immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
Diverse range of tasks: Comprehensive review and processing of outpatient invoices (doctor, pharmacy, hospital, etc.) as well as medical certificates and service applications
Customer support: Ensuring timely processing of inquiries from customers, service providers/invoicers within the scope of responsibilities, combined with excellent customer advice over the phone and occasionally at the counter
Communication as the key to quality: Subject-related correspondence with insured individuals, service providers, and authorities for quality assurance and process optimization
Your profile
Education: Completed commercial or medical vocational training (Pharmaceutical Assistant, Medical Practice Assistant)
Professional competence: Knowledge in the field of health and private insurance is an advantage
Personality: Reliable, quality- and team-oriented work style, friendly and customer-oriented behavior
Language skills: Fluent German and good oral skills in English, French, or Italian are advantageous
Social and methodological competence: A confident, well-groomed appearance as well as good organizational and communication skills
