The Employment Integration Winterthur (AIW) is part of the Social Services sector. With around 85 employees, it supports more than a thousand participants each year on their path to professional integration. Would you like to support us as a communication professional in the context of a maternity cover starting May 1, 2026, for a limited duration of one year? Welcome to our team!

Your Tasks

• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of suitable, target group-oriented, and effective communication measures

• Maintenance of communication channels and tools (website, newsletter, flyers, etc.)

• Writing, editing, designing, and publishing texts, concepts, presentations, etc.

• Planning and organizing events and appearances

Your Profile

• Federal diploma in communication, public relations, or comparable

• Broad work experience in the field of communication in the social sector, in administration, or an NGO

• Very good MS Office skills, basic knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign/web design

• Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused working style
