You lead closely to the shop floor, provide guidance in change, and make quality, deadlines, and efficiency predictable.

This role is for creators not for administrators.

Your responsibilities

• Leadership and development of around 160 employees

• Overall responsibility for deadline adherence, quality & efficiency

• Further development of processes, structure, and technologies

• Implementation of Lean & Operational Excellence

• Close collaboration with Engineering, Quality & Supply Chain

What you bring

• Experience in leading larger production organizations

• Industrial background (ideally aerospace/supplier industry)

• Technical basic training

• Solid process understanding

• Clear, present leadership
