The area of responsibility includes the following tasks:

• Improved adherence to delivery dates & quality

Your responsibilities:

• Leadership and development of around 160 employees

• Overall responsibility for adherence to deadlines, quality & efficiency

• Further development of processes, structure, and technologies

• Implementation of Lean & Operational Excellence

• Close collaboration with Engineering, Quality & Supply Chain

Goal of the position:
You ensure that our production delivers reliably today and is more efficient, stable, and scalable tomorrow. You lead close to the shop floor, provide orientation in change, and make quality, deadlines, and efficiency predictable. This role is for creators, not administrators.

The ideal qualifications are:

• Technical, craft-based basic training

• Completed further education (HFP, HF, FH)

• At least 5 years of leadership experience

• Experience in small series production and Lean Management

• Experience in highly regulated environments such as aviation, automotive

• Knowledge of various industrial manufacturing technologies

• Basic business knowledge

• Several years of professional experience in Switzerland

• Very good MS Office skills and ERP applications

• Fluent in German – English at least B2
