Head of Human Resources

Are you ready to get hands-on as an HR leader?
We are looking for a discreet, versatile, and practical personality who actively shapes personnel management and takes responsibility.

What you can achieve

In this diverse role, you will be responsible for all HR processes. As the central point of contact for employees and supervisors, you will provide advice and support on all HR topics – such as labor law, permits, employment references, or absence management. In addition, you will oversee the ERP modules in HR and lead projects to optimize and further develop HR processes. You will be actively supported in your tasks by a directly subordinate employee responsible for payroll, social insurance, and HR administration, and where necessary, by external resources.

What will convince us

You bring several years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a manufacturing SME environment, and have a solid qualification in personnel management. With your strong social skills and a positive attitude, you create a pleasant and trusting atmosphere. As a proactive personality, you enjoy taking on both operational and conceptual HR tasks. Your comprehensive knowledge of labor and social insurance law rounds off your profile and enables you to support employees and managers competently. In addition to German as your native language, very good oral and written English skills are required.
