Head of Human Resources

We are looking for a discreet, versatile, and practical personality who actively shapes personnel management and takes responsibility.

What you can achieve

• Overall responsibility for all HR processes

• Central point of contact for employees and supervisors on all HR topics

• Consultation on labor law issues

• Support on topics such as permits, employment references, and absence management

• Responsibility for the HR modules in the ERP system

• Leading projects to optimize and further develop HR processes

• Professional leadership of a directly subordinate employee (payroll, social insurance, HR administration)

What will convince us

• Several years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a manufacturing SME environment

• Solid further training in personnel management

• Strong social competence and a positive attitude

• Ability to create a pleasant and trusting atmosphere

• Hands-on personality with a passion for operational and conceptual HR tasks

• Very good knowledge of labor and social insurance law

• Competent advice and support for employees and managers

• German as a native language and very good oral and written English skills
