Leading the replacement of the current planning system (CERES) and successful implementation of the new system landscape (Trapeze)
Actively shaping digital production planning and connecting processes and IT
Coordinating departments, IT, and partners as well as structured management of the project towards its goal
Ensuring integrated systems, usable data, and efficient processes
Supporting the implementation until stable operation and ensuring sustainable use
Achieving a noticeable impact in a strategic key project with high visibility
This travel luggage you bring with you
Several years of professional experience in the railway or production environment with experience in IT system implementations or comparable projects or a completed degree in business informatics or a comparable IT-related field
Further training in project management (e.g., IPMA, PMI, or HERMES) is an advantage; additional CAS in process management, business analysis, digital transformation, or data analytics are a plus
Good user knowledge in planning systems, ideally Trapeze or comparable solutions
Experience with time management or billing systems
Proficient in MS Office as well as analysis and optimization tools
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills in a technical environment
