Dispatcher: Transport & Logistics 100%

Your tasks

• Dispatching our trucks with a modern fleet management system

• Receiving and coordinating customer orders

• Checking delivery notes and invoicing

• Recording and monitoring employee working hours

• General administrative tasks in the dispatching daily routine

Your profile

• Completed vocational training

• Professional experience in dispatching, ideally in the transport sector

• Training as a dispatcher in transport and logistics or experience in the construction materials or recycling industry is an advantage

• Good local knowledge of the Zurich area and surroundings

• Very good German language skills as well as solid IT and MS Office knowledge

• Resilient, strong organizational skills, communicative, and team-oriented
