Head of Residential Group (80%), fixed-term, Elderly Center Adlergarten

The Aging and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five elderly centers and through Spitex.

The Elderly Center Adlergarten provides a well-maintained home for around 160 residents. We are looking for a competent, enthusiastic, and collaborative leadership personality immediately or by agreement, fixed-term until July 31, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the nursing and care team

• Close collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other external partners

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical service, therapies, nursing expert, customer consultation, and hospitality

• Support and promote the professional development of employees

• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines

Your Profile

• Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with management training and experience in the acute, medical-geriatrics field

• Joy and interest in goal-oriented care that enables a return home

• Very good IT skills (MS Office, BESA or RAI, as well as PEP knowledge is an advantage)

• Resilience and consensus-building skills complete your profile
