The Aging and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in its five senior centers and through Spitex.
The Adlergarten Senior Center provides a well-maintained home for around 160 residents. We are looking for a competent, enthusiastic, and team-oriented leader starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the nursing and care team
Close collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other external partners
Interdisciplinary collaboration with the medical service, therapies, nursing expert, customer consulting, and hospitality
Support and promote the professional development of employees
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
Your Profile
Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH with management training and experience in the acute, medical-geriatrics field
Joy and interest in goal-oriented care that enables a return home
Very good IT skills (MS Office, RAI, and PEP knowledge is an advantage)
Resilience and ability to reach consensus complete your profile
