What to expect

In this role, you will be responsible for claims processing and take on the following main tasks:

• You will receive written and oral claims reports and customer inquiries

• You will assess damages, determine the scope of coverage, and prepare final settlements

• You will handle special cases

• You will actively shape the future of our IT systems as a Key User and take on the role of subject matter expert at the interface with our developers

What you bring

• Commercial qualification (EFZ)

• Experience in the insurance, construction, or real estate industry is an advantage

• Proficient in digital media and a passion for digitalization

• Experience working with agile project organizations (Scrum) is a plus

• Solid knowledge of MS Office, expertise in SAP is an advantage

• Resilient, precise, and customer-oriented

• Flexibility for unforeseen, temporary overtime

• Very good German and good French language skills
