Member of the KESB Authority (70 - 80 %)
The KESB Winterthur-Andelfingen is responsible for ordering civil law protection measures in cases of endangerment of child welfare as well as for needy adults. Would you like to bring your proven expertise and social competence, as well as your life experience, into the management of child and adult protection procedures? Your Tasks
Management (technical, administrative, and personnel) of the authority department (3-4 specialists, 1 caseworker)
Procedure management (including leading hearings and granting legal hearing)
Assessment and decision-making in individual responsibility and in a three-person panel
Participation in the maintenance and coordination of collaboration with various specialist offices, municipalities, courts, as well as other authorities and institutions
Your Profile
Tertiary qualification in law, psychology, or social work
Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in Swiss child and adult protection
Leadership experience
Very good written expression and conversation skills
Psychologically resilient, assertive, and strong organizational personality
