To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for you: a committed and experienced HR Specialist Recruiting & Projects 70-80%, starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Arud & Checkpoint Zurich is a forward-looking non-profit organization for outpatient medical-psychiatric care with around 170 employees and a respectful culture of 'you'. We are among the leading institutions in addiction medicine and queer health in Switzerland. Our interdisciplinary model combines psychiatry, psychotherapy, internal medicine, infectious diseases, and social work into a holistic offering. We accompany our patients with respect, empathy, and on an equal footing.

Your Tasks

  • You are responsible for and develop recruiting holistically: from active sourcing to contract signing – including employer branding

  • You actively shape the candidate experience and ensure that applicants feel professionally supported and valued throughout the entire process

  • You conduct interviews and accompany selection and decision-making processes together with the leaders

  • You actively contribute to HR projects in recruiting and continuously develop this area

  • You participate in HR projects along the entire employee life cycle, such as absence management, onboarding/offboarding, or process optimizations – your ideas are explicitly welcome

  • You support our small HR team in administrative tasks along the employee life cycle

What You Bring

  • You have solid experience in in-house recruiting and a solid HR education, ideally as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification

  • You have an affinity for the healthcare sector

  • You are an independent, committed, and thoughtful personality who enjoys working with people

  • You adapt quickly to new situations and approach new topics with curiosity and commitment

  • You communicate confidently in both spoken and written German

  • You bring digital affinity and joy in process optimizations and are preferably experienced in using Umantis
