Property Manager on the Owner's Side
Your responsibilities include:
Managing the company's own properties, consisting of residential and commercial properties, together with the existing team
Responsible for organizing and conducting inspections, handovers, and viewings
Creating rental agreements for external and internal parties using the appropriate tool
Actively assisting with rental calculations and implementation for the properties managed by yourself
Responsible for renting and marketing vacant properties
Maintaining close written and verbal contact with tenants as well as external and internal contacts
Actively supporting the Head of Real Estate
Posting invoices
Sending heating and ancillary cost statements including postings in RIMO
General correspondence
For this important key position, we are looking for a personality with the following qualifications:
Several years of professional experience as a property manager
Completed further training as a property manager with a federal diploma (advantageous)
Very good German language skills
Experience with the RIMO operating system (advantageous)
High initiative as well as an accurate and independent working style
A good sense of humor and strong team spirit
