Property Manager on the Owner's Side
Your responsibilities include:
Together with the existing team, manage the company's own properties consisting of residential and commercial properties
Responsible for organizing and conducting inspections, handovers, and viewings
Create rental contracts for external and internal parties using the appropriate tool
Actively assist with rental price calculations and implementation for the properties managed by yourself
Responsible for renting and marketing vacant properties
Maintain close written and verbal contact with tenants as well as external and internal contacts
Actively support the Head of Real Estate
Post invoices
Send heating and ancillary cost statements including postings in RIMO
General correspondence
For this important key position, we are looking for a personality with the following qualifications:
Several years of professional experience as a property manager
Completed training as a property manager with a federal diploma (advantageous)
Very good German language skills
Experience with the RIMO operating system (advantageous)
High initiative as well as an accurate and independent working style
A good sense of humor and strong team spirit
