Legal Assistant
Your Responsibilities
Administrative support and relief for lawyers
Creation, revision, and proofreading of correspondence, contracts, and presentations in German and English
Deadline and appointment management as well as organization and support of physical and virtual meetings
File and mandate management including mail processing and physical and electronic filing
Collaboration on internal projects as well as travel organization and expense reporting
Your Profile
Several years of professional experience in a legal environment is essential
Native-level, stylistically confident German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
Proficient in MS Office and affinity for other digital tools
Independent, reliable, and precise working style
Team player with a strong service orientation
