Legal Assistant

Your Responsibilities

  • Administrative support and relief for lawyers

  • Creation, revision, and proofreading of correspondence, contracts, and presentations in German and English

  • Deadline and appointment management as well as organization and support of physical and virtual meetings

  • File and mandate management including mail processing and physical and electronic filing

  • Collaboration on internal projects as well as travel organization and expense reporting

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience in a legal environment is essential

  • Native-level, stylistically confident German and very good English skills, both spoken and written

  • Proficient in MS Office and affinity for other digital tools

  • Independent, reliable, and precise working style

  • Team player with a strong service orientation
