Technical Talent for Sanitary Sales Internal Service 80-100%
To strengthen our team in Hinwil or Volketswil, we are looking for a talent to start immediately or by agreement as:
Your main tasks:
In this important hub function between our customers and suppliers, the internal and external service, you are responsible for the technical advice of our customers and visitors in the exhibition.
You independently process customer inquiries and complaints and develop offers and proposals in collaboration with the external service.
You are an active member of the internal sales team and thus co-responsible for the correct processing of orders and inquiries and other administrative tasks.
You plan and organize product procurement and monitor the ordering process.
You clarify issues with suppliers.
You support sales promotion measures.
You are present at exhibitions and company events.
You perform general office work.
Your profile:
Completed training as a plumber, sanitary planner, or draftsman; you can read plans.
Further training in the commercial field would be desirable.
Very good IT skills and solid knowledge of the MS Office environment.
Customer-oriented action and open, quick access to our customers and suppliers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
You appreciate dealing with people and love customer contact.
You are resilient and appreciate a small, family-like team.
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
