What to expect

• You will process reminders and debt collections in the assigned cantons of Western Switzerland.

• You are responsible for debtor management (booking payments, transfers, write-offs).

• You will maintain telephone and written contact with customers, offices, authorities, and internal departments.

• Handling complaints is also part of your responsibilities.

What you bring

• You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification with professional experience in an administrative role.

• Numbers are your strength.

• You have a confident, skilled, and factual approach to challenging telephone customer conversations and can set clear boundaries.

• You possess very good French language skills (at least level B2) and are motivated to conduct daily business in this language.

• Resilience, empathy, and assertiveness characterize you.
