The Brüttelenbad Foundation offers supported living and working places for around 60 people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. 100 professionals take care of their well-being with the aim of enabling them to experience joy in life and security within the community. For the establishment of our in-house Spitex, we are looking for a
Nursing Specialist HF 40-50% (permanent)
Your tasks:
Active participation in the implementation process of the in-house Spitex
Co-responsibility for the Spitex needs assessment with interRAI HC, service planning and control, as well as billing
Taking over medical technical procedures
Active involvement in the further development of care quality
Support and advice to the living groups and workshops on nursing issues
Collaboration with the home medical practice and execution and assurance of medical prescriptions
Meaningful and complete documentation of progress (easyDOK)
Setting up, controlling, and distributing medication dosettes
Organization, execution, and accompaniment of medical appointments
Interdisciplinary collaboration with the staff of the living groups and workshops, legal representatives, and relatives, as well as other involved parties
What you bring:
Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FA/AKP/DNII with professional experience
Experience in Spitex and with interRAI HC is essential
Joy, curiosity, and innovative spirit for the development and implementation of the in-house Spitex offer
Current knowledge in acute and/or long-term care
High social competence as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills
Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
Driving license and confident handling of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
