Aletsch Bahnen AG (ABAG) is one of the largest mountain railway companies in the Upper Valais. We operate 36 transport facilities and 104 kilometers of slopes in winter. In summer, we employ about 200, and in winter about 370 employees.

We are looking for a motivated

Team Leader for Access Railways 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Leadership and support of around 30 employees within a public transport operation, including recruitment, internal training, and deployment planning

• Organization, coordination, and ensuring a safe, reliable, and legally compliant railway operation in the sense of public service between Bettmeralp valley station, Betten, and Bettmeralp (3 access railways), including parking management and logistics for the supply of goods to Bettmeralp

• Ensuring a customer-oriented, barrier-free, and high-quality offering for guests and locals

• Active participation in daily operations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards of public service.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the operational and/or technical field

• Leadership experience

• Experience in cable car technology, personnel planning, and logistics

• Communicative and resilient personality with a passion for teamwork

• Organizational skills and good MS Office knowledge
