Wyon AG develops and produces custom lithium-ion batteries in small and micro sizes for medical applications with 200 employees today. Your Tasks

  • You research, develop, and optimize novel and existing technologies in various areas of battery technologies. Active materials, electrodes, electrolytes, electrochemical methods, and much more are part of your daily routine.

  • You manage projects with global cooperation partners.

  • You take project responsibility and lead research projects to success.

  • You develop and create test series and conduct them.

  • You support internal production and development teams.

  • You conduct literature and patent research.

Your Skills

  • You hold an MSc in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related natural sciences, ideally with a Ph.D.

  • You have experience in the research, development, or production of rechargeable batteries and with electrochemical, analytical, and physical measurement methods.

  • Ideally, you have experience in project management.

  • You communicate actively and openly and enjoy working in a team.

  • You can communicate fluently in German or English (C2).

  • Your work methodology is structured, analytical, and clean.

  • You enjoy taking responsibility and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
