What you bring

• Training as a social educator HF/FH or comparable qualification

• Leadership experience or the motivation and willingness to complete a leadership training

• Flexibility, resilience, patience, and the will and ability to make a difference

• Good administrative skills and PC knowledge

• A sense of humor

• Support and care for residents with special needs and implementing individual service programs
