Your tasks:
In this versatile and demanding role, you will independently ensure the smooth and timely execution of the small projects assigned to you. Your further responsibilities include:
Organizing construction processes in collaboration with the project manager and architect
Maintaining the construction journal
Creating acceptance protocols, print protocols, and reports
Updating the execution plans
Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair work
Completing service orders and warranty work
Your profile:
You have a relevant qualification and several years of experience as a construction leading sanitary installer.
You appreciate the versatility of this role and enjoy working independently with your own responsibility.
You have a well-groomed appearance and are reliable and flexible.
You also have a flair for dealing with customers, architects, and clients.
