Main Responsibilities
Imagine being able to support people in acute emergency situations every day and contribute directly to their well-being and safety. With us, you are part of a highly motivated team in our 24-hour emergency call center. You are the first point of contact for emergency calls and the crucial link to helpers and security/rescue organizations. This position not only offers you the opportunity to tackle challenges but is also an exciting and meaningful task.
Receiving incoming emergency calls by phone
Providing assistance to elderly and senior citizens
Recording customer concerns
Triage of emergency calls with private helpers or security/rescue forces
Ensuring the safety of lone workers
Your Skills and Talents
Quick comprehension to act effectively in emergency situations
Robust stress resistance and the ability to maintain a clear head in challenging situations
Empathy and social sensitivity, especially when dealing with elderly people
Passion for interpersonal communication and customer service
Swiss German/German as a native language and very good knowledge of French and Italian. English skills are an advantage
Willingness to work flexibly in different shifts on weekdays as well as on weekends (no night shifts)
You are tech-savvy and can quickly familiarize yourself with various IT systems without problems
