Main Responsibilities

Imagine being able to support people in acute emergency situations every day and contribute directly to their well-being and safety. With us, you are part of a highly motivated team in our 24-hour emergency call center. You are the first point of contact for emergency calls and the crucial link to helpers and security/rescue organizations. This position not only offers you the opportunity to tackle challenges but is also an exciting and meaningful task.

• Receiving incoming emergency calls by phone

• Providing assistance to elderly and senior citizens

• Recording customer concerns

• Triage of emergency calls with private helpers or security/rescue forces

• Ensuring the safety of lone workers

Your Skills and Talents

• Quick comprehension to act effectively in emergency situations

• Robust stress resistance and the ability to maintain a clear head in challenging situations

• Empathy and social sensitivity, especially when dealing with elderly people

• Passion for interpersonal communication and customer service

• Swiss German/German as a native language and very good knowledge of French and Italian. English skills are an advantage

• Willingness to work flexibly in different shifts on weekdays as well as on weekends (no night shifts)

• You are tech-savvy and can quickly familiarize yourself with various IT systems without problems
