Your Mission:
As Category Manager PPE, you are responsible for the strategic direction and further development of your section in line with an innovative and growth-oriented corporate strategy. You make a significant contribution to the future of Lyreco. In this position, you take on a high level of responsibility, work in a dynamic and exciting environment, and enjoy the freedom to shape growth.
Your Contribution:
Main responsibility for the strategic further development of the PPE category with corresponding exponential growth ambitions
Continuous optimization of the product & service offering for the respective target customers and segments
Development of the current and future supplier network and the associated sourcing strategy
Responsible for the continuous optimization of supplier conditions to increase profitability
Conceptualization and implementation of targeted sales promotion activities including budget and success control
Personnel and technical leadership of two Product Managers, as well as 3 support employees, to ensure the successful implementation of the category strategy
Regular and systematic analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to initiate corresponding effective measures
Leading projects and conducting training to ensure knowledge transfer and successful implementation of the strategy
Close collaboration with the sales department to develop measures aimed at increasing market share and maximizing sales
Planning and conducting sales training for the PPE range to strengthen sales performance and customer consulting
Main responsibility for PPE tenders
Your Skills and Achievements:
You have completed training in the commercial or technical field, successfully completed further education in business administration, marketing, or purchasing, and have solid experience as a Category or Product Manager in the PPE sector
You have several years of work experience in sales & marketing with corresponding leadership experience
You are skilled in developing and implementing holistic strategies and concepts
High dynamism and implementation strength for key topics as well as the willingness to drive disproportionate growth
You are fluent in German and English; good knowledge of French is a plus
