Head of HR 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
Management of the HR department (1 employee with professional certificate 100%)
Personnel administration from entry to exit
Creating contracts, certificates, and confirmations
Preparing monthly payrolls
Registration and support for illness, accident, and disability cases
Optimization of existing processes and participation in HR projects
Contact person for social insurances and authorities
Consultation and support for employees, supervisors, and management in personnel-related matters
First point of contact for issues related to construction labor agreements
Responsible for social insurance notifications and closing activities

Your profile
Commercial basic training EFZ
HR professional certificate or comparable
Several years of professional experience
Discreet and empathetic personality with a passion for working with people
Native German speaker, knowledge of French is an advantage
Reliable and independent working style
