Your Tasks

• Planning, leading, and monitoring IT projects in various subject areas (e.g., digitization of HR processes, web)

• Consulting with departments regarding the modeling of business processes and the appropriate use of IT solutions

• Assessment of requirements and support in requirement gathering

• Contributing to the creation of analyses, studies, concepts, and solution proposals

• Preparing decision-making bases for clients and project management

• Ensuring communication and information flow in the project with all stakeholders

• Supporting change management for the successful handling of change processes

Your Profile

• Degree at tertiary level (University of Applied Sciences, ETH/University, or Higher Technical School) in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Business Informatics

• Solid, several years of experience in managing various projects

• Experience and knowledge at the interface of business and IT

• Further training in project management, leadership, communication, process management, or similar is an advantage

• Knowledge of requirements, organizational forms, processes, and IT applications in the education sector is an advantage

• A self-reliant, customer-oriented, as well as structured and goal-oriented working style
