For the Finance & Infrastructure department, we are looking for you immediately or by agreement as a committed individual in the role of

Head of Financial Planning, Reporting, and Projects 80 - 100%

Your Tasks

  • You lead a small team both personally and professionally.

  • You are responsible for cross-university controlling processes for planning and reporting in collaboration with the departmental controllers.

  • You create and further develop reports, key figures, and statistics and are responsible for the contribution system as well as uniform controlling tools.

  • You play a central role in the harmonization and further development of financial management and financial systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud).

  • You act as the interface between controlling and IT.

  • You support the Head of Finance & Infrastructure in advising the university management and the rector.

  • You take over the deputy role of the Head of Finance & Infrastructure.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in Business Administration (FH/HF) or an equivalent qualification.

  • You bring several years of experience in controlling and have a high affinity for processes.

  • You have experience in project management.

  • You possess advanced user knowledge in SAP (FI, CO, PS; ideally SAP SAC) as well as a high IT affinity; additional training is an advantage.

  • You are a communicative, collegial, and flexible personality and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.

  • You work independently and goal-oriented and have strong analytical skills.
