For the main department of social assistance of the social services, we are looking for a committed individual starting from May 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Your Tasks

• Case management within the framework of personal and economic assistance according to the social assistance law

• Psychosocial counseling of our clients with the aim of professional and social integration

• Identifying problem situations and developing suitable strategies

• Record keeping in the case management system (KLIB) and case-related administration

• Claiming possible entitlements from social insurances and other third parties

Your Profile

• FH degree in social work, preferably complemented by a commercial training

• Initial practical experience in statutory social assistance

• Enjoyment of independent work within a team

• Decisive and resilient personality who enjoys taking responsibility and shaping processes
