Construction Manager - Major Project with 300 Apartments, 80-100%
With the Gartenstadt Köschenrüti project, a new piece of city is being created – and you are right in the middle of it. On over 24,000 m², a sustainable residential quarter with around 300 apartments is being developed in nine row buildings and generous green spaces. The development will take place in two phases: construction starts from Q2 2026, with the first handover from Q3 2029. As a construction manager, you will accompany the project from the beginning and shape a new quarter with your signature.
Your Tasks
You will take over the local construction management and accompany the project from the awarding of the contract or submission until the completion of the work. In doing so, you will coordinate all contractors involved in the construction throughout the entire project duration.
You will plan and monitor deadlines, quality, and costs for the projects entrusted to you.
You will lead meetings with internal and external partners, including negotiations with contractors.
You will act as a competent contact person for clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, and craftsmen.
What Sets You Apart
A completed education as a federal certified construction manager, certified technician HF in civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in managing larger construction projects in Switzerland.
In-depth knowledge of SIA standards and confident handling of digital tools for work optimization.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, as well as a solution-oriented, responsible working style.
