What to Expect

To strengthen our accounting department, we are looking for a motivated individual. Whether you are at the beginning of your career – for example, in training as a federal specialist in finance and accounting – or already have experience in accounting or fiduciary environments: If you work with joy, initiative, and a sense of responsibility, you will fit well with us.

Your tasks:

• Recording, checking, and posting of accounts payable invoices

• Processing of payment transactions

• Support in ongoing financial accounting

• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements

• Deputizing within the accounting department (depending on profile)

• Involvement in smaller optimization and digitization projects

Your Profile

You also bring the following:

• Commercial basic education 

• Completed, ongoing, or planned further education in finance and accounting is desirable

• Initial professional experience in financial accounting or fiduciary environments

• Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage

• High digital affinity and interest in efficient, modern processes

• Independent, reliable, and structured working style

• You enjoy working in a team, show initiative, and are eager to actively contribute and take responsibility in an SME
