Program / Project Manager MIC (m/f/d)

The area of responsibility includes the following tasks:

Program/Project Manager "Medical Interior Equipment for Rescue Helicopters and Commercial Aircraft" In this position, you are responsible for the implementation of the sold programs for our air rescue customers. Our solutions include the interior equipment of helicopters and commercial aircraft for air rescue operations. Our clientele consists of classic air rescue companies, emergency services, the military, airlines, and operators of private multipurpose helicopters.

• Independent and overall responsible management of one or more sold projects/programs while ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality targets

• You are the central project contact for our international customers (ADAC, DRF, Babcock, airlines, OEMs like Airbus, etc.) from order receipt to delivery

• Coordination, enforcement, and controlling of all contractual obligations in engineering, logistics, and production

• Aligning the overall schedule with the customer and internal departments

• Supporting sales in proposal preparation, developing solution proposals, and in contract negotiations

• Responsible for claim management within the respective project

The ideal qualifications are:

• Completed studies: Rescue or Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or Aviation Studies

• Ideally several years of professional experience in overall project management

• Customer orientation, resilience, and assertiveness

• Willingness to travel internationally (20%)

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in aviation is an advantage
