Ensure smooth operation of the CST's gastronomy
Coordinate, plan, and organize the service of 400,000 dishes per year and catering for up to 3,000 people
Lead and coordinate the kitchen brigade consisting of 25 employees in Italian
Ensure the quality of dishes through precisely coordinated workflows
Assist in menu planning and procurement management
Ensure consideration of intolerances and allergies as well as strict adherence to food safety (HACCP)
What makes you unique
Preferably a certified chef with proven experience in responsible positions in large hospitality structures
Excellent knowledge in the field of culinary arts and nutrition with a focus on healthy and sustainable nutrition for athletes
Good knowledge of software/applications for gastronomy (e.g., CalcMenu and F&B Control)
Leadership, resilience, and sense of responsibility
Excellent communication and organizational skills as well as management competencies
Good active knowledge of the three national languages
