Activation Specialist / Dipl. Activation Specialist HF - Temporary

The Stadtgarten is the center for care and support of the citizens' community of Frauenfeld and is located close to the city, centrally, and embedded in a small, inviting park that has grown over decades. In 1- and 2-room apartments, we offer up to 130 elderly residents with varying care needs a home with high individuality.

We are looking for an

Activation Specialist or Dipl. Activation Specialist HF 40% - 80%

Your area of responsibility

• Independent planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating resource-oriented activation and daily activities in group and individual activities

• Implementing individual therapy offers for residents in consultation with care

• Co-organizing events, excursions, and parties both internally and externally, as well as participating in resident events

What distinguishes you

• Training as an Activation Specialist (LEA/Agare) or Dipl. Activation Specialist HF

• Professional experience as an activation specialist in the geriatric field

• High understanding of care quality and customer orientation

• Organizational talent and independent working

• Quick comprehension and willingness to take over existing offers
